Race Fees: $600 per crew, $650 per crew if not received by Aug 31st
Entry fees include canoe storage in Avalon and Sunday afternoon awards dinner for 9/10 paddlers.

All paddlers, visitors, guest of clubs or support staff must complete a 2022 SCORA Liability Waiver. No exceptions.

Skippers/Escort Boats

  • SKIPPERS MUST COMPLETE A FORM FOR TRACKING AND MOORINGS IN AVALON NO LATER THAN AUGUST 31st, 2022 
  • All safety/escort boats must provide SCORA with proof of:1) Hull & Machinery (aka Comprehensive/Collision or Property) insurance; and2) Protection & Indemnity (aka Liability) insurance with limits not less than $300,000.

*Co-ed and/or Master Co-ed can be a mixed crew of 5 women and 4 men. Junior Coed is 6 women and 4 men.

*NOTE: It is imperative that all paddlers including each member from SCORA and each member of a visiting crew, all coaches, all escort skippers, any person on any escort boat for any reason, and any person who accompanies that crew in any capacity sign a 2022 SCORA Release of Liability form.  Please be aware that this is not an exhaustive list.

All non-SCORA crews must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming SCORA and it’s Member Clubs as additionally insured.
